Jessica Styles is a Professional Coach and Founder of The FAB Network, a consulting company fostering career and social opportunities for students and professionals. Her company has developed a comprehensive curriculum focused on self-awareness, college prep, career readiness and leadership and partners with middle and high schools, organizations and city agencies to implement the FAB program. In addition to working with students, she hosts FAB events for adults featuring seasoned professionals in the fashion, arts, beauty and related industries. Professionals from the following companies have served as FAB speakers: Lord & Taylor, L’Oreal, Givenchy, MTV Networks, ABC Television, Grey Advertising, MSNBC, Bloomberg, ESSENCE Magazine and more. Prior to Jessica becoming an entrepreneur, she spent a few years honing in on her interests and strengthening her craft at MTV Networks/BET Networks and Givenchy/Guerlain/Emilio Pucci. In a compact time frame, Jessica was able to launch a career in top ranking companies, develop a wealth of knowledge and build a network of seasoned professionals – all of which played an instrumental role in her career success.
Jessica is a public speaker for conferences and universities and has been featured for her expertise on FoxNews.com, New York’s Power 105.1, CollegeBoard.com and Manhattan Neighborhood Network Television. She is on the Foundation Board and is the Co-Chair for the High School Outreach committee and also participates as a Young Professionals committee member for New York Women in Communications (NYWICI). She is also a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and Fashion Group International (FGI). In addition to being an entrepreneur, Jessica was an Adjunct Professor in the Experiential Education and Career Management Department at LIM College “Where Business Meets Fashion” and was promoted to full-time staff as a Career Advisor, where she is responsible for providing one-on-one and group career exploration and employment advising to current students and alumni, developing curriculum, teaching career development courses and cultivating relationships with targeted employer case load.
